Cause of DTC

With the ignition ON (II) one of these conditions must be met for at least 300 milliseconds: (1) APP sensor B voltage exceeds the range from 0 V or less to 0.37 V or more when the APP sensor A voltage is 0.37 V. (2) APP sensor B voltage exceeds the range from 2.31 V or less to 2.69 V or more when the APP sensor A voltage is 5 V. The execution time is continuous and DTCs P2122, P2123, P2127, P2128 are not active. NOTE: Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot.
