Malfunction Criteria and Threshold Value: Condtition 1: Sensor temperature < 55 °C. Or Condtition2: Temperature difference to other temp sensors during cold start < 45 °K. Secondary Parameters with Enable Conditions: Condtition 1: Engine run time > 3 min. ECT > 70 °C. Simulated sensor temp > 85 °C Elapsed time since LP EGR valve open > 30 Sec. Condtition 2: Engine off time > 32400 Sec. Decrease of intake air temp after engine start < 5 °K Decrease of ambient air temp after engine start < 5°K
